How You Can Help

There are many ways you can help PLAN of Connecticut
PLAN is always looking for volunteers. Consider donating your time and expertise to the organization.
PLAN of CT is a 501 (c)(3) corporation and accepts tax deductible donations of any size. You may also choose how you would like your donation to be used.
The simplest way to help is to tell your friends and family about us. The more people who know about our services, the more families we can help.

Outreach & Development
Money given directly to PLAN of CT will be used to continue our mission of educating the 100,000 families who have a member with a disability about the importance of creating a special needs trust. Such funds will support our staff, seminars, newsletters, and mailings. Donating to PLAN ensures that families will continue to be served now and in the future.

Charitable Trust
The PLAN of CT Charitable Trust was established to help people with disabilities who do not have a special needs trust in place. This donation can provide all kinds of supplemental assistance including, but not limited to, advocacy, companionship, travel with needed support , appliances, or even a developmental toy for a child with autism. What is most rewarding about giving to the Charitable Trust is that donations go directly to your neighbors, because PLAN only serves people in Connecticut.
